Kartar Cheema extremely stylish actor and very well known name in Punjabi music & film industry. This Punjabi model/actor has featured in more than 150 music videos and has now eneterd into main stream films.
Born into a Jatt Sikh agriculturist family of a village Moranwali near Sunam, Punjab. He is the eldest in the family with two younger sisters and a brother. Kartar did his schoolings from Govt. Senior Secondary School, Sunam graduated with BA from Shaheed Udham Singh College, Sunam and then did his post-graduation in Theatre and Television from Punjabi University, Patiala.
Kartar made his modelling debut with a video of Surjeet Khan’s song ‘Haunsle Buland Rakhiye’ in year 2005(check video below). Often regarded as a man with a great personality, good looks, extremely hardworking and dedicated towards his work. He started his acting carreer with Babbu Mann starrer “Hashar – A love story” his negative role of “Laali” was very much appreciated. Kartar makes a Bollywood debut with the forthcoming movie Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya, starring Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza, movie releases on February 24’ 2012 & another Bollywood movie Soni De Nakhre along with Anuj Sahni.
